HR and Human Rights Policy

Employees are the most valuable asset and partners of our company. They create value and keep the company competitive. Richtek bases it's HR policy on respect for humanity. Richtek believes that respecting human rights and promoting a decent work environment are important. We support The International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and are committed to treating all workers with dignity and respect as understood by international human rights standards. The guiding principles are as follows.

  1. Freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining
  2. The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour
  3. The effective abolition of child labour
  4. The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation
  5. A safe and healthy working environment
